Just to remind you, our group is working on the question of "micro politics" with the idea to open an exhibition and/or experimentation space in the town of Rennes, France. From our meeting in Venice came three proposition on what we could do together in London and eventually in Machelen. 1. Video (as documentation) Students of our group will make short videos to document different exhibition spaces and other projects that are interesting to us for the way they are run and organized. Those videos will feed into an open ended collection that will be shown/projected in what we call a "structure/form/device". 2. Structure/form/device Drawings and sketches have begun for a structure/form/device. By the end of November we will have some material to share with you. It will function as an inclusive support where we can invite the others students to : show images, text, video, etc, or to be activated it in some other way ???? a lot of questions remain. 3.Invitation and Protocol We would like to invite the other students to contribute, so for the beginning we would like to propose a protocol for the making of the video on the subject of the exhibition spaces. It will be ready by the beginning of November and we hope everything will be clearer !
